Review: Clinique High Impact Mascara

I received my free sample of High Impact Mascara from the Clinique Facebook promotion! I am loving when brands promote new products on Facebook, go here to read my post about another Facebook promotion.

I liked this mascara quite a bit, it has a long, full brush with lots of bristles. No rubber brush here, folks. Let me first say that my favorite mascara for a while now, has been Covergirl LashBlast Luxe (it does have the rubber brush). It just really works, like the formula, love the look of my lashes with this on. The Clinique High Impact Mascara really lengthens the lashes, makes them a bit fuller but nothing too crazy.

What I really LOVE about this mascara is that you can’t feel it on your lashes. By the end of the day, I am usually glad to get the “heavy” mascara off of my eyes. I can feel it, I know it’s there. With Clinique, that’s just not the case. I never felt it on my eyelashes, and my eyes never watered or got itchy like a lot of mascaras I have worn.

I would probably buy this mascara for every day wear since it wouldn’t bother my eyes one single bit. This was a win for me and it is priced right at $14.50! You can find Clinique High Impact Mascara at Sephora, Nordstrom and Macy’s.
